June Nail Files: Bittersweet Mocha Mood

June's mani is brewed to perfection—rich, smooth, and effortlessly chic. I went for a bittersweet mocha mood, where deep brown tones meet a silky gloss that feels equal parts bold and balanced. It's a vibe that whispers elegance but still knows how to make a statement. Think café luxe with a polished twist—perfect for those days when you want your nails to sip their own espresso and serve main character energy.

Typically for the Summer, I'm all for bright colors. Pink is my favorite of course but corals are definitely in rotation during warmer months. As a chocolate lover, I've been loving some brown but I've been soooo against dark vampy colors. Mainly becuz they seem to age hands (to me). I decided to go against the grain this month in honor of being ANTI-Summer for a change.

The rest of the color scheme came together becuz turquoise blends nice with brown and I wanted some lighter latte elements added to the mix and VOILA!! The idea came out better than expected and can be remixed in the Fall. This shade makes me feel...like a vixen.

So while everyone’s reaching for neons and poolside pastels, I’m out here rocking a rich roast with a splash of sass—and loving every sip of it. This set reminded me that sometimes going against the grain brews the best results. Moody? Maybe. Mature? A little. But make no mistake—this mani didn’t age me, it elevated me. Catch me remixing this vibe come Fall... but for now, consider it my Summer Rebellion in Style.
