Turning Over New Leaves: Fall 2025

Happy Fall Equinox!! Y’all know this is where I get into my bag. I get to enjoy crisp mornings on the balcony with coffee in hand as I gently sip with a throw blanket draping my body while I watch the sunrise. The air smells different. The leaves start to change right before my eyes, and the early morning joggers and dog walkers keep the neighborhood humming. Fall has always been the season where I embrace closure and welcome turning over new leaves.

As the seasons shift—especially as the year winds down—I can’t help but look back on the last nine months and envision what these next three might hold. Do I have all the answers? Nope. I don’t have the answers, Sway! But what I do know is that I’ll slowly cocoon, pulling back a bit to hibernate and get grounded. The truth is, timelines will fill with RIPs and the news will lean heavy with darkness, but I can’t let that stop me. I have to press forward. I have to do the work.

So what’s on my Fall agenda? More Sip Trips, of course! But this season I’m challenging myself: all new spots through October, and yes—uniform required. Picture it: white top, jeans, and a quirky bag as the star of the show while I sip my Saturday morning cup of joe. On the home front, I’m still finding my rhythm as an Empty Nester. Mason’s “old” room is now being transformed into my extended closet/content space. YouTube comin soon??! Ehh… maybe. We’ll see.
One thing’s for sure: I’m slow-walking into this last stretch of the year. No overstuffed to-do lists, no beating myself up if I fall short. But I will lock in. Whether quietly or out loud, I can’t allow ruts to defeat me or distract me from the goal line. The mission is to keep going—always and represent for those who aren't here in the 3D realm.
Summer was cute, but Fall is where I reset with purpose. Cozy mornings, quirky bags, and a steady flow forward—because turning over new leaves isn’t just a season, it’s my Autumn flow. 🍂✨
