August carried a mix of sunshine and shadows — a month where joy brushed shoulders with heartache, and quiet moments of reflection became as necessary as the warm breezes of summer’s close.
Funny how in July, I had the notion to fall back from social media to be more in the real world. God knew I needed to be in that space as preparation for the month ahead. We can't see around the corner, but he can. August was a tender reminder that life holds both endings and beginnings, often side by side. It was a month of stepping back, tending to family, and allowing space for quiet reflection amid the shifts that come with change. In its own way, August asked me to pause — to honor what has been and to gather strength for what’s ahead.

As September arrives, I’m choosing to carry that softness forward, easing into new routines with patience and leaving room for grace as this next season unfolds. At this time, I have no idea what that means. I'm not gonna overthink it to figure it out. I'm taking this month day by day to ease back into normalcy. Like dmn, alot can happen in 30 days.
Here’s to September — a month to move forward with quiet strength, tender hope, and the grace to begin again.
